February 26, 2009— EQD CORPORATION REACHES OUT TO MIRACLES FOR KIDS

"A Portion of Profits from Auria LCD TVs Will Benefit Orange County-Based Charity"

MISSION VIEJO, Calif. (February 26, 2009) –
EQD Corporation, a Mission Viejo-based provider of visual display products, has announced that it will donate a percentage of the operating profits from its new Auria line of high-definition LCD TVs to two charities, including Miracles for Kids, an Irvine-based non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with life-threatening illnesses.

EQD has devised a community outreach program that will donate a percentage of Auria LCD TV operating profits to Miracles for Kids and the Armed Forces Foundation, said Peter Quill, a newly appointed member of the Miracles for Kids board of directors who helped orchestrate this fundraising project.

“EQD was looking for a way to give back to the community, so we developed a partnership with two leading charities that influence their respective causes in distinct – but equally important – ways,” Quill, who is President and Chief Strategy officer at Motor Creative Marketing in San Clemente, Calif., said.

“Money raised from the television sales will provide financial support to the families of children with cancer and other debilitating illnesses,” said Miracles for Kids Executive Director Autumn Strier. “We are thrilled to benefit from the sales of this affordable new product,” Strier said. “Consumers who are looking to upgrade their old TVs can benefit from Auria’s low prices while contributing to an important charity. We welcome Peter’s vision and strategic thinking, and we’re certain he will mastermind many more productive partnerships as a Miracles for Kids board member.”

EQD’s Auria line offers consumers and businesses exceptionally high quality and value. EQD President, Steve Woo said this follows EQD’s commitment to making HD television an affordable option for more viewers by offering market-leading pricing structure – with prices as low as 20 percent less than its closest competitor – as well as an unprecedented two-year warranty and excellent customer service. Display sizes for the Auria line range from 16 up to 47 inches and offer a precise and clear picture.

The full line of Auria LCD TVs is available through major online retailers such as Amazon.com, Buy.com, Newegg, PC Mall and PC Connection. Additional online retailers throughout the U.S. will be announced in the near future. To learn more about the new Auria LCD TV line and EQD Corporation, please visit http://www.auria.tv.
