Miracles for Kids: A Fine Art Gathering

Miracles for Kids supporters and art lovers gathered together at the quaint A La Carte Bistro in Balboa Island for an intimate cocktail reception and fine art showing. The artists on display included a collection of works by: Pixaic – The Art of Jorge Burtin, CC Blooms - Photography by Kate Coppola, and Oil Paintings by Lori Elezabeth. While viewing the pieces, guests enjoyed a selection of hors d’oeuvres and fine wines, and learned about the charity during a brief speech given by Miracles for Kids’ Board Chairman Curtis Green.

“We are so grateful to the three talented artists who joined together tonight to raise funds for Miracles for Kids,” stated Mr. Green. “With their assistance, we will be able to reach more families in need in our community.”

Proceeds from the Art Show benefit the Grant Program at CHOC Children’s, which provides financial aid to low-income families while their child is treatment for a life-threatening illness.
