Spring Miracles Basket Program Reaches Over 100 CHOC Families

The Spring Miracles Basket Program distributed food to over 100 CHOC Grant Program children and families during March 2008. Baskets were packaged and delivered by Miracles for Kids Board members and employees of Pacifica Foods in Newport Beach. Grant families throughout Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino and Los Angeles Counties received them just in time to set their Spring holiday tables.

“It was a very moving experience for all of us at Miracles for Kids,” stated new Board member David Heil. “We were able to enter the homes of the children we help and bring needed support to their families. It was a day we will all remember.”

Miracles for Kids extends a special thank you to Pacifica Foods, Red Rock Cabling Inc., Ryder Trucks, and David August Inc. for their generous donations of food and volunteers in support of the Spring Miracles Basket Program.
